Situation
The best method to contact the Webfuse Team is via email to
This email is seen by all members of the team and is entered into our ticketing system. The ticketing system is an application we use to track our workload.
You can also use the Feedback link in the top navigation bar of most Webfuse web pages. This sends an email to the team.
Please note that email sent to individual members of the team may go unanswered for some days. Especially if that member is away.
The Webfuse Team uses a development methodology called eXtreme Programming (XP). A feature of XP is that development is driven by stories written by customers (you).
You can write a Story for the web team via the Stories web page.
We will get back to you ASAP to estimate how long it might take to implement. How quickly it is done depends on our workload and the relative importance and difficulty of the story.
