The child Health Information System (CHIS)

A small Information Systems project to record and monitor children's health in a small third world country has recently been launched. Named the Children's Health Information system (CHIS), this system is will maintain such information as child vaccination and child medical history. This information is important to the country's health department as well as aid donor organisations which contribute to the health department's budget. As a Systems analyst consultant, you have been given the task of designing this system.
